Annual rent increase 2025
All customers will receive an annual rent increase letter and information pack from the Trust this month. Please look out for this in the post, from this week onwards. The annual rent increase is in line with the rent standard, set by Government and The Regulator of Social Housing.
We would urge any customers with concerns about rent payments to contact our Rent Support Team. The team are experts and are here to support all customers.
