BAAS construction give generous donation

On Tuesday 19th March, Stuart and Isaac of BAAS contractors visited Stacey at the Very Green Grocery in Winsford to hand over a generous cheque.

BAAS have kindly donated £1000 to the Very Green Grocery, a community establishment dedicated to combating food poverty, part of the Changing Lives Together group. Stuart said: "We are delighted to donate £1,000 to the Community Grocery, we are really impressed at the fabulous work that the team do for the Winsford Community. We hope that our donation really makes a difference."

The company have also donated £1000 to our Raising Aspirations fund. This fund, overseen by Weaver Vale, provides assistance to our customers taking part in our employment support courses. The money helps towards education, training, and employment support such as providing interview clothes, covers transportation expenses, any course fees, and necessary equipment costs.

Lyn Hamlett, a senior mentor within our Employment Support team, said: "Weaver Vale is very grateful for this donation, it will support many of our customers attending our Raising Aspirations courses with their future plans.

We're very grateful to BAAS for their kind and generous contribution.
