Number 1 Best Companies; Housing Association
We're delighted and proud to announce we've placed number 1 in the national Best Companies Housing Association listing and achieved a 3-star rating, thanks to our world-class employee engagement. We have been awarded a 3-Star rating for the third year in a row and achieved our highest score to date.
The Best Companies rankings are a measure of colleague engagement in UK companies, used as a way to promote happy and productive workplaces and the 3-Star rating means the our employee engagement is among the best in the world.
In today's listing reveal we have placed in three categories: Housing Association, North- West Company, and Large Company, coming 1st, 7th and 9 respectively.
The 3-star rating is reserved for companies excelling in eight aspects of company engagement factors, including giving something back, wellbeing, leadership, personal growth, management, teams, the company itself, and how staff are treated.
It is the Trust’s fourteenth consecutive year taking part in the Best Companies survey, which recognises the best employers to work for in its league tables. More than 86% of Weaver Vale employees took part in the survey this year.
