December 2024 Rent Free Weeks*
Please check your tenancy agreement to see if you have rent free weeks. If you do and you pay your rent weekly, your rent free weeks are W/C 16th December and the W/C the 23rd December.
What are Rent Free Weeks?
There are 53 weeks in this year, if you pay monthly your rent is x by 49 weeks and split over 12 monthly payments you pay for four weeks at a time which equals 49 weeks. To make this fair, those that pay weekly rent get four rent free* weeks, two in spring and two in winter.
Please note, you will have to pay rent on these weeks if you are in arrears to help reduce your debt.
