When managing your benefits online, always make sure you’re using the official www.gov.uk website.
If you get emails, texts, or calls claiming to be from Universal Credit, be careful. Check the sender and if you're unsure, just delete and ignore.
We have been made aware of an app claiming to be from Universal Credit — if you have downloaded this, please delete it.
