Did you know, every 3 months we collect data across the Trust about our services?
We call this our Insight Report, and it tells you lots of information such as how many calls we've received, repairs we've carried out and complaints we've addressed.
We recently asked our Involved Customers about what data and information they'd like to know about our services. Below you will see some key bits of information they requested from October to December last year.
