Job Title: Trades Plus Operative - Groundworker (Permanent)
Hours: 40 Hours per week + Out of hours callout rota
Salary: £31,308 per annum (Plus *Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided)
Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. The role will be out working across the stock of Weaver Vale Housing Trust’s core locations: Warrington and Cheshire.

The Opportunity
Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a great company. We are looking for an experienced landscaper, flagger and fencer who enjoys working outdoors and is driven, diligent, and friendly to join our Open Space Team.
You will be working in domestic properties and it is essential that you work within the values of the Trust and can communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. You should be comfortable working as part of a team, be flexible to the demands of the role but have the confidence to manage your own time and use your own initiative.

This role will require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
