Our Values & Community Commitment

At Weaver Vale, our values set the tone for everything we do. They shape our daily work, guide our interactions, and influence how we support each other and our communities. We believe that giving back is just as important as delivering excellence in our work, which is why we actively participate in fundraising, team-building, and charity initiatives.

Giving Back

Our Giving Something Back group regularly organises engaging events for our colleagues, including walking challenges, lunchtime quizzes, and raffles. These initiatives not only strengthen our team spirit but also contribute to causes that matter to our colleagues. 

In 2023/24, we proudly supported St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice, raising an incredible £6,309 to help them continue their vital work. This year (2024/25), we’re supporting North West Air Ambulance, a charity that provides life-saving emergency medical services. Find out more about their work here.

Bringing People Together

Beyond our charitable efforts, we create a strong sense of community within our team. We organise:
