Asset Management
Active asset management is key to ensuring we have effective, quality, value for money, regulatory and legally compliant investment plans that are underpinned by the following key criteria:
- Data (Regularly updated stock condition information)
- Building Safety and Compliance
- Effective Repairs and Maintenance
- Customer Voice and Engagement
This framework sets out how we will:
- Provide safe homes and places by responsibly investing to keep customers safe and responding to their needs through quality services
- Maximise investment in our homes by using accurate stock condition data and customer insight feedback to support what, when and how we invest and how we actively manage all homes.
To support these aims and objectives, the 2024/25 Business Plan sets out an intention to deliver a programme of investment in customers’ homes of circa £18m per annum for the next 5 years. This framework is reviewed and approved by Board on an annual basis. You can read the full framework here.
